Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Refunds can be made only in the following cases: A Client is asking to cancel the order before 30 days of the event date. In this case 7tickets will have the option to choose if to accept the client request to cancel the order or not, based on internal considerations only.
A. if 7tickets will choose to cancel the order, and will inform the client of the total amount refund that can be given in the moment of the cancelation. The client will need to ask the cancellation in writing only and to sign the cancellation request form. The client will need to specify that he agreed to cancel the order, and to receive back to his credit card total refund as offered to the client by 7tickes at the moment of the cancellation request. In the highly unlikely case that client didn't received the tickets he ordered in time for the event, 7tickets will refund 100% of the client money back, plus will offer the client a credit worth a free ticket toward another match.
B. Client is asking to cancel the order less than 30 days of the event date. In this case 7tickets has the full right not to accept the request and will not be refunded, but the client have the full right to transfer the ticket to someone else.
C. Incase of delivered lower tickets category, 7tickets can choose to refund the differences amount back to the client credit card or credit the customer account inside 7tickets website for the sum of the lower tickets category differences only.
D. Incase of refund request in less than 30 days of the date of the match, the company will try to sell your ticket(s) only when all tickets within all categories of the same match are sold out.
E. In case of refund request, the company will be charging 6% of the total amount paid as fees for currency exchange rate and banking transfer services.
F. Refunded money will take up to 30 days to be settled in your account.
G. 7tickets will not be responsible for any postponed events or matches from the organizers and football federations , however the client will have the right to keep his ticket for the new date of the event or transfer it under another name where 7tickets stands out clear and not responsible.
H. Incase of force majeure, the company has the right not to refund the full amount ;however,if the company decided to refund the amount of the ticket . The company has the right to deduct 10% as currency fees and bank transfer fees.
In case 7tickets will issue the customer a written authorization for a refund for any reason, we will do our best to process the refund as soon as we can but take into account that the refund might take up to 30 (Thirty) working days from the date of issue.
The customer should accept that free tickets or any refunded amount credited inside his personal account in 7tickets can be used only in the next 180 days (from the date he received the refund to his account) .
The customer should agree that 7tickets can modify from time to time the terms of the refund/s, time of use or the % to be use for the future new customer orders.
7tickets will not be held accountable for any delays caused by the customer’s Bank or Credit Card Company.
