Refund policy
A. Non-Cancellation and No Refund:
According to the policies of ticket providers and sports clubs, cancellations of bookings and refunds are not accepted. However, upon the customer's request, we can list the tickets for resale on our platform. Please note that the company holds no responsibility for unsold tickets or if they are sold at a lower price than the original amount.
B. Purchase Voucher After Ticket Sale:
If the tickets are successfully sold upon the customer's request, a purchase voucher equivalent to the sale amount will be issued. This voucher can be used to purchase any of the services we offer and will be valid for a full calendar year from the date of issuance.
C. In Case of Match Reschedule or Cancellation:
If a match is rescheduled or canceled by the organizing authority (e.g., Spanish Federation), the tickets will be transferred to the new scheduled date without any changes.
In the event that a match is relocated to another country by the organizers, the company is obligated to provide the match ticket to clients at the new event location, without any further obligations on 7Tickets.
D. Force Majeure and Natural Disasters:
In the event of any force majeure or natural disaster leading to the cancellation of public attendance or the event itself, a voucher will be issued for the amount paid by the customer, with a deduction of no more than 10% to cover currency conversion differences, bank fees, and imposed taxes. The voucher will be valid for one full calendar year from its date of issuance.
